To fix this, you will need to convert the database to Access 2000. To
do this, start Access and go to 'Tools | Database Utilities | Convert
Database | To Current Access Database Version'. Select
'ActinicCatalog.mdb' from your current Site1 (or equivalent) folder.
Once
the database has converted, go to 'Tools | Database Utilities | Compact
and Repair Database'. Then close Access. Restart Actinic and you should
be able to do the snapshot without problems.
