Why can't I see the Golden Padlock/Key in my browser when using a PSP?
This can occur if the PSP payment page is loaded into a frame. The payment page must load into a full window for the Padlock/Key to appear. If you are using frames in Actinic Ecommerce, make sure that 'No Frames in Checkout' is checked in 'Design | Design Options'.
I am using SecureTrading but when downloading orders all of them go into pending.
The SecureTrading account has been set up incorrectly so no authorisation codes are coming with the transactions. You need to contact Secure Trading, and verify your Secret key.

I am using SECPay for collecting CC details but since moving my store to a new server all of my orders have the status of 'Pending Payment'.
For security reasons, SECPay require notification from the Merchant when the server address is changed otherwise payments are not accepted for the store.
When completing entering card details at SECPay, the customer receives an error message.
The file Act_SECPayOK.html is not present in the acatalog directory. Go to 'Advanced | Additional Files' and browse to the 'Common OCC' directory and select the file Act_SECPayOK.html. When you have done this click the upload arrow, to have Actinic put it onto the site.

This is a Secure Trading issue with the account set up on their server. You will need to contact Secure Trading.

This is usually caused by editing the Act_SecPayOK.html template. You will need to use an original version of this template (from the 'OCCUpgrade\CommonOCC' folder to get this working again as we cannot support modified templates.
